Hey everyone! This is Zathura (Professor Beech, Steven, etc.) checking in again. I plan on making some changes around here, basic ones, before I get down and dirty with revamping and updating our roleplaying stuff. Frankly, I'm a little appalled at myself of two years ago. With that said, I will update again shorty.

Last Updated: January 1, 2007 (yes, I am such a loser that I intend for this site to be up for years to come!)

Um, we have members now (and surprisingly many, for the time we've been up), but I still can't resist my, um, relaxedness to write something meaningful...

So, er, welcome to Pokemon Shefir. Don't eat raw sugar.

OMG, there's space now! So now I can actually use all this real estate for something not-fluff.

On this forum, I disdain many of the regular rules on other forums. For instance, I don't care if you bump anything (even if it's months old...however, don't bump something too fast, 'cause it's impolite), if you advertise, etc. Indeed, too many rules on a Pokemon roleplay forum does seem a little out of character...

However, I would appreciate courtesy. I'm not gonna force anyone to be polite, because I hate it when people make you act like you feel one way when you don't. A facade of sincerity does no one good.

So, staff will never intervene in flames. We will simply move it to the Napalm Convention...and watch the fireworks! We gotta get our kicks somehow...

Be warned, though, that being a jerk will make other people dislike you. And if the staff dislikes you, we will work very hard to find something you did wrong and ban you. So being a nice person is good. A full list of our short rules are found here.

Right now, the forum is going through lots of graphical changes. If you dislike them, or just feel like spamming my inbox, you can drop me a line here.

A little while later, Houndour came back around, seeing the trainer knocked out on the ground. He shook his head slightly, wondering what was wrong with humans. He nudged Izumi a bit with his paw, wondering why she was sleeping.

(If that was about the spelling, it's cuz a friend died so shut up...)

Izumi's head was bleeding. She had suffered a serious concauction to her head. She had hit a branch and scraped herforehead. She had then landed her head on a hard rock, and was cut by some loose twigs on the gound. IF she was left there, she would be dead in a couple of hours. OSmeone had to save her.

The Houndour sniffed about Izumi for a moment, and ran away. He headed back into town, and straight into the pokemon center, barking at Nurse Joy. The Nurse followed after him quickly, seeing that something must be wrong. He quickly lead her to Izumi...

Izumi still hasn't woken up yet. She was bearily breathing. She could die any second now. The vultures were flying over her, and crows were all aound the trees. This might be the end of her. She was going to pass away when... (Your turn)

"Oh my!" Nurse Joy squeaked, seeing Izumi passed out on the ground. The Houndour barked at her, as Nurse Joy dialed up Officer Jenny, who promptly arrived on her motorcycle to take Izumi to the town's hospital. Houndour chased after, wanting to make sure everything was alright.

Izumi woke up in the hospital. Everything she saw was fuzzy. She saw fuzzy bloches of color everywhere. She just woken up and was wonderng what happened. She remebered chasing after Houndour, and thats it. She pondered for a bit and remebered that she got hit by a tree. Wow, she thought to herself, didI rreally do that??

The Houndour was curled up in the corner of the room sleeping; he wanted to make sure that Izumi was going to be okay. He had overheard the doctors saying she'd be fine, but he wanted to be sure.

Izumi suddenly woke up. It was 3:00 in the morning. IT was still dark, and she saw the Houndour in he corner sleeping. She thouht i was cute. She sat up and drank ome watr that was in a glass next to her on a desk. It was bittersweet, but it was better than nothing. She watched he houndour seep quietly and watched the sunrise apon it.

Houndour was still snoozing when his ears twitched slightly, hearing Izumi move in bed. His eyelids lazily opened, and he lifted his head, to see that she was awake and conscious.

She looked over and saw Houndour lazily opening his eyes. She gave it a smile, although he might not see it. She just sat still an smiled at him while she lay weakly in bed. She motioned it to come over, but she new he probablly might not come.

The Houndour remained put on the floor, and walked slightly towards the door. It was going to leave now that she was alright, but it wasn't so sure if it wanted to anymore.

Izumi walked over to it and knelled very weaklly. She put her head down and tears streamed from her eyes. She was crying (Obviously) and she looked up and smiled. She tried to give the houndour ahug.

The Houndour let her hug it this time, staying put for once. He didn't squirm away, he just sat there and waited for her to be through. The Houndour licked her cheek, trying to show her that it would be better.

Izumi tresured the hug. She loved the Houndour, although she met him only a shot time ago. She Looked at him after he licked her cheek and she said "Do you want to go back to the forest, or go with me?" She waited for his answer.

The Houndour looked down at his paws for a moment, and back up at her. It supposed sometime with the trainer wouldn't be all that bad. It nodded slightly, and jumped out of her grasp, up onto the hospital bed where the staff had left her bag. The Houndour managed to open it up, and stuck his head into the sack, finding what he was looking for. He pulled his head back out, a pokeball in his jaws. Clicking the button, a red light flashed out from the device, and Houndour disappeared inside. The ball wavered for a moment, before settling and turning white. It would seem that Houndour accepted Izumi's request.

Izumi, shocked (happy kind of shock), ent over to the pokeball. She examined i and Yelled with glee she got a Houndour. SHe got dressed in her normal clothng, and with Puff and Houndour, she left off for route two, leaving Hikari in the PC. Now to name Houndour...
